How it works

  1. Forward your broker emails

    One Gmail filter sends Transcom, ProCare and Avô emails to your private Apex address. Revisions and cancellations update the trip they belong to.

  2. Check tomorrow's board

    Trips show up within a minute, already matched to a driver. Wait trips keep that driver booked until the patient is home, and wheelchair trips go to the van.

  3. Drivers open their day

    Each driver signs in on their phone and sees only their own trips, with addresses, map links, phone numbers and what they'll earn.
